Questions
- Do I need a card for Free?
- No. Sign up, paste your App Store link and you are tracking. A card is only needed when you move to Pro.
- What does Altitude set up for me?
- When you add an app, Altitude reads your public listing, picks the keywords you show up for and the apps that keep ranking above you, then runs the first check straight away. You can edit any of it, but you never have to.
- How often are ranks checked?
- Free checks once a week. Pro checks every day. Each check records the top 200 results for every keyword, so you see your rank and everyone around you.
- What happens if a check fails?
- The result shows as unknown for that day, never as a drop. A failed check from Apple's side should not look like your app fell off a cliff.
- Which stores do you support?
- The App Store, in any country you pick per app. Google Play is not supported yet.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your billing page at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then your account moves to the Free limits. Nothing is deleted straight away.
- Is there a yearly price?
- Not yet. If you join Pro before our public launch, you keep $5 a month for as long as you stay.
