Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Hanlon Digital LLC collects when you use Altitude, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we do not sell personal data, and you can delete your account at any time.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name, and an ID from Sign in with Apple or Google if you use them.
- What you track: the App Store links you add, the keywords and competitors on your account, and the rank data we gather for them. Most of this is public App Store data.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We see your plan, payment status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage: pages visited and features used, so we can fix problems and improve the product.
Why we use it
- To run the service: check ranks, show your charts and send the emails you have turned on.
- To bill Pro accounts and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer support requests and tell you about important changes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your app's numbers to market anyone else.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of providers, each only for its job:
- Vercel: hosting.
- Neon: the database.
- Stripe: payments.
- An email provider: account and report emails.
- An analytics provider: product usage.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember settings such as dark mode. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can see, export, correct or delete your data from your account settings, or by emailing hello@tryaltitude.app. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; email us and we will help.
Children
Altitude is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
